Before you initiate the return, consider
With mattresses, pillows and toppers, your body can need up to 6 weeks to get used to the new lying feeling. Take the chance for the best sleep of your life!
All our mattresses & beds come with a trial period of 200 nights from the day of delivery (14 nights for most accessories, 30 nights for pillows, 100 nights for toppers). So take enough time to get to know your Emma product.

Returning during the trial period?
We're sorry to hear your new product wasn't a right fit for you. Please visit our Returns Portal, make sure you're still within the respective trial period. Follow the easy steps to arrange a free pickup or convenient drop-off.
Do you have a claim about your Emma product? We're sorry to hear you're not 100% satisfied with your Emma product. Please visit our Claims Portal to submit a claim. You'll be asked to upload a few images of the issue.
