What if I don't get on with it?
We’re sure you’ll love your new Emma mattress but if, for whatever reason, you don’t get on with the mattress we make returning it hassle-free. Just contact our customer service team within the 100-night trial period and we’ll take care of the rest! Our returns are, of course, absolutely free.
We know buying a mattress online can include some risks. At Emma, the buying process isn’t only super easy, but we also guarantee you’ll get your money back as soon as possible, if you decide our mattress isn't quite the right fit. There are no hidden fees or costs!

The only way you'll know whether the Emma mattress is the right fit for you is by testing it. We think 100-nights is the perfect amount of time for you (and your body) to adjust to the mattress and get used to it. If you decide the mattress isn't quite right then we're more than happy to pick it up for you and give you a full refund. All you have to do is email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and arrange a pick-up date. We'll take care of the rest.
- Shouldn't I test the mattress first before I buy it?
We made the Emma Original mattress with you in mind and taking your valuable feedback into constant consideration. That's why we're sure you'll get on swimmingly with our mattress. However, everyone is different - that's why we recommend taking full advantage of our risk-free 100-night trial. That's the beauty of buying a mattress online. A rushed 10 minutes in a mattress shop won't be able to give you a very good feel of whether the mattress is the right fit for you. Your 100-night trial period starts as soon as you receive your mattress.
- Do I have to keep the plastic wrap on the mattress during the 100-night trial?
No you don't. The best way to decide whether you and the Emma mattress are the right fit is from the comfort of your own home and in real-life conditions. That means using your favourite pillow and bedding and without the noisy plastic cover.
- How can I return the mattress within the 100-night trial period?
Should you decide the Emma mattress isn't quite the right fit, then just get in touch! Send an email to email@example.com and our customer service team will sort everything out. They’ll organise a pick up for your mattress with our returns partner. Once your return has been processed please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.
