If you work as a carer, in education, for an emergency service, in the Armed Forces or for the healthcare system in any capacity, you are eligible for the discount. This includes teachers, NHS staff, retired healthcare staff, private healthcare staff, hospice staff and many more. For a full list, please refer to the above websites.
How do I register myself on the discount website?

Just head to the above mentioned websites. Here, click on the button that says 'Join Free'. Then all you have to do is fill out the form and provide proof that you work for an essential service. Usually your work email address is sufficient. That's it! You're signed up to the website and can access your Emma discount code. We can assure you that these websites are entirely free and safe to use.
Why do I need to register myself on the discount website?

In order for us to verify that you are eligible for the key worker discount, we need to be sure you work for a key service. Unfortunately, due to privacy regulations we are unable to process this information ourselves.
Until when is this offer valid?

This offer is valid until 31 March 2020.
Is my order eligible for the 200-night trial?

Yes, of course. Now is not the time to have to worry about making a rushed decision about whether or not you love your Emma items. So, we extended our 100-night trial to 200 nights, to give you more than enough time to really test them out. If you decide they're not quite right, you can just send them back for a full refund.
