Return Policy (100 Night Trial)

If at any time during the 100 day trial that you are not pleased with Emma, simply contact us via email, chat, or telephone and we will be happy to assist you with the return process. You may contact us via email at or by telephone 0144 290 2151 to schedule a free pickup. Our trusted third party couriers will collect the mattress directly from your doorstep. We will send instructions on how to prepare the mattress for return as well as schedule a convenient time for the pickup. A refund will be processed as soon as confirmation of the pickup is received by our customer service team. A full refund will be made to the account that was used to purchase the product. Please keep in mind that the mattress must be returned in its original state and without damage. You are not required to repackage the mattress into its original plastic wrap or box.

There are no additional transmission costs. There are only transfer costs according to your basic tariff.
