Delivery and Returns

Good sleep shouldn't be complicated. That's why we've taken the charges out of delivery and the stress out of the returns.

Free Delivery

Each Emma product is delivered factory-fresh and neatly vacuum-packed from our warehouse straight to your front door. Once your order is placed and the payment is confirmed, we’ll start getting your order ready. As soon as your mattress has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your items on their journey. Our courier will contact you on the day of delivery to let you know when your mattress will be arriving.

A small thing to keep in mind: Your first week or two on the mattress might not be quite as you had imagined. But don’t worry It can take up to four weeks for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress and for you to feel comfortable. So, we recommend taking full advantage of our risk-free 100-night trial. That’ll give you more than enough time to get a good feel of the mattress and to decide whether it’s the perfect mattress for you. If it’s not quite right, you can return it for a full refund.

Stress-free returns

Even though our Emma mattress was made to suit almost every body, we know that for some people it just not the right fit. Should the Emma Original not meet your full expectations, then you can simply return it. And because we know how tedious it is to return things, we’ve made the returns process really easy. All you’ve got to do is go to our self-service return portal. Here you can register your return request. If you’re having trouble using the returns portal, just send a message to our customer service team. They’ll be able to help. Once we have processed your return request, our courier service will get in contact with you within 3-5 working days to arrange a suitable date to pick up your mattress.

A note on refunds:

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll start processing your refund. Depending on the payment method you used, it can take up to 10 working days for your money to appear back in your account. If you haven’t received your money in this time, please get in touch with our customer service team.
