Shipping is free on all orders unless you choose the premium option of Saturday delivery After your new Emma is rolled and packed in the Emma box, as the last production step, it is ready to ship through UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail and will know the date that your new Emma mattress will be delivered.

1. Unpack

Remove Emma from the box.

2. Unroll

Roll out the mattress onto a flat surface and use the enclosed cutter to gently cut and remove the plastic.

3. Sleep

Emma needs only a few hours to expand. After it expands to its full size it is ready to be slept on.

  • How much are shipping costs?

    Standard delivery is free for all Emma mattress orders unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.

  • How does the delivery process work?

    After Emma is rolled, vacuumed sealed and boxed, as the last production steps, it is ready to ship to you. We ship Emma with UPS. You will receive shipping confirmation by e-mail when it is on its way to you. Unfortunately, the time can not be determined precisely, since UPS has fixed routes.

  • How long does delivery take?

    The estimated delivery time is to be viewed at the time of order. We ask you to calculate the specified delivery time only from payment receipt. Once the incoming payment has been received, the delivery time begins.

  • How long until my new Emma mattress is ready to be slept on?

    The Emma mattress only needs a few minutes to expand to its actual size after unpacking. When it is fully expanded it is ready to be slept on.
