You can visit our website without giving any information about your personal data. We solely save data of access like the name of your Internet Service Provider, the website from which you were transferred to our website or the name of requested data files. This data is solely used to improve our offers and does not contain any inference to your personal data.

You have the possibility to track your parcel for which we need your email address in order to provide you with your tracking-link. With this link you can change the time and place of your delivery. To receive this optional service you need to agree and provide your email-address during the checkout process.
We will send you an e-mail after the delivery with a hint that you can rate us on a review web portal. We will also contact you via email when you have been in contact with our customer service in order to track and improve our service. In the frame of some payment methods it might be necessary to also provide information about your gender, date of birth and bank data.
When registering for our newsletter your email address will be used for our own advertising, until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is always possible by logging into your account. §4 On Passing of personal data
Only necessary data is passed on to the company that is delivering the products to your home. Your payment data will be passed on to the institution that is providing the payment method. For complete and best counseling we can pass your data on to our holding company (Bettzeit GmbH), which is allowed to contact you in this case.
